The Blind Sailing Association of Canada (BSAC) is a charitable organization mandated to bring the sailing experience to blind and visually impaired persons. We are the governing body for intercollegiate sailing in Canada. We are responsible for the oversight and facilitation of all the teams and events across the country! We also qualify and develop a national student team to represent Canada at international university championships!
