Diving New England Waters Since 1963. Southeastern Connecticut Skin Divers! SECONN is a regional scuba dive club with a rich history of serving southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island. Members dive year round – primarily in Long Island Sound and New England but also all around the world. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month to share our diving adventures.
