    Hawg Hawlers is a family and fun oriented bass fishing club based out of the St. Louis area - we have members from all around Missouri, as well as other states. We conduct 8 to 10 buddy type tournaments per year on Missouri lakes. The direction of the club includes a strong emphasis on family fishing. Many of our regular teams consist of husband/wife as well as father and son or daughter. At Hawg Hawlers - the emphasis is on comradery and fun - NOT hardcore competition.

    Early in 1971 there were a few residents who started a fishing club. They had fishing contests and together with the CA they saw that fish were stocked from time to time. In 1981 the Lake Saint Louis Anglers was formed by a few members that wanted to continue what the earlier group had started. The goal of Lake St Louis Anglers is to establish and maintain good conservation for our lakes. To provide good fishing conditions through creating habitat and restocking the lakes when needed.
