  • US Youth Fly Fishing Team US Youth Fly Fishing Team
    The US Youth Fly Fishing Team (Team USA Youth) is a carefully selected group of youth anglers from across the United States that has been associated with leaders in the sport, and is currently coached by Paul Bourcq (National Head Coach) Christopher Smith (Assistant Coach, South and Team Manager) and Dejon Hamann (Assistant Coach, North). The Team organization is headquartered in State College, PA and is governed by a Board of Directors. It was incorporated in 2008. Just as important as the fishing, is the camaraderie and the cross-cultural connections that are made through the events. Team members are also involved in a number of other areas of fly fishing such as guiding, offering fly fishing tying clinics, participating in watershed preservation projects, and promoting environmental stewardship.
