The American Dragons are a Singapore-based paddle club (training and competing in Dragon Boat and Outrigger Canoe) affiliated with the American Association of Singapore. Team members come from many backgrounds and all nationalities are welcome. No prior paddling experience is necessary, though competitive paddling is a very intense activity so a good level of fitness is needed. We provide all equipment and training. The Singapore Canoe Federation (SCF) was founded in 1971 and is the National Sports Association responsible for the management, coordination, development and promotion of canoeing in Singapore. It represents the interest of its athletes and members to Sport Singapore (Previously known as the Singapore Sports Council), the Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC), the public and other international canoeing bodies.

The Singapore Dragon Boat Association (SDBA) is the National Sports Association (NSA) for the sport of dragon boat in Singapore. It is a member of International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF), Asian Dragon Boat Federation (ADBF), South East Asian Traditional Boat Association (SEATBA) and Singapore National Olympic Council (SNOC). Singapore Paddle Club is a non-profit, members-only competitive ocean paddling club, run by volunteers. We are committed to the establishment of outrigger canoeing, also known as Va'a traditionally through its Polynesian origin. We are seasonally persuaded to get out of the ocean to get into dragon boats on the river, to support the progression of competitive dragon boat racing in Singapore.
