Sports club Yacht Club Limar – Ráztocká Bay was formed in May 2003 as a civic association with the aim of the conditions creating for the development of yachting at the Liptovská Mara National Reserve. The main intention of the club management was built a yachting complex, which will serve for the sports training of youth. From 2005 to 2013, the complex was built and is currently ready to host sports events at the international level.
