    Silver Line Boats of Moorhead, Minnesota was formed in 1959 as Moorhead Plastics to manufacture and sell fiberglass boats. For the next twenty years they built thousands of top-quality boats and sold them around the world. The factory was closed in 1980 and the name has since gone to a new boat company. As none of the old records or information were available, this website was started as a gathering place for images and information pertaining to those early Silverline boats.
