National C Scow Association. The National C Scow Sailing Association (NCSSA) is the national organization for the C Scow supported by sailors across the country. Each year the NCSSA sponsors a championship regatta and has been doing so since 1981. The NCSSA also publishes national rankings. Any sailor can be ranked by sailing a minimum of three regattas.
