The regatta is open to One Design keelboats, PHRF, ORC, Multihulls and Cruising Class. Five (5) boats are required to set a One Design, ORC, or PHRF fleet, with the exception of the Cruising Class fleet and any fleet where all boats are 50 feet in length or greater. The Cruising Class fleet number will be determined by the number of active registrations. The Cruising Class may be split into two groups: Flying Sails, and Non-Flying Sails. Racing will take place off the NE shores of Guemes Island, or in the Guemes Channel. If the weather conditions permit, there may also be some distance racing in the San Juan Island archipelago.
