World Cruising Club is the world's leading sailing rally specialist, with nine distinct rallies taking place every year - ARC, World ARC, Caribbean 1500, ARC Europe, ARC Portugal, ARC USA, ARC Baltic, ARC DelMarVa and the Malts Cruise. From round-the-world adventures and ocean crossings, to social cruising and island hopping, there is something for everyone. World Cruising Club was born with the very first ARC in 1986, the first-ever ocean crossing rally. We now help more than 450 boats and 1200 people to achieve their sailing dreams every year. Some of our rallies are big on fun and big on people, others are more intimate. Whatever their size, our rallies all adhere to the original ethos of safe and social cruising. Our rally teams are all keen to ensure that everyone has a great time ashore and afloat; we know that rallies are more than simply sailing. Cowes, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom

  • Yacht Destinations Yacht Destinations
We are here to help members of yacht clubs to find other clubs to visit while cruising or traveling. Many clubs will extend reciprocal privileges to members of other yacht clubs. This means that you may be able to tie your boat up to your reciprocal club's dock and/or use their facilities while on a vist it. Reciprocal privileges offered by a club usually only extend to specific other clubs. This site was designed to help you find out what is available to you as a member of your yacht club while you are visiting another club. You need to "Create an Account" here and while doing so indicate what yacht club you belong to. Then, when you "Sign In", the database of clubs will filter down to those that are your reciprocal clubs.

  • Your Offshore Doctor Your Offshore Doctor
Written by a knowledgeable seagoing physician, this book addresses the medical layman. It is thoroughly illustrated and presented in a format that is easy to follow, even in an emergency. Covering a wide range of medical problems that may be encountered at sea, Dr. Beilan explains how to prepare medical histories of the crew before leaving on a voyage; set up a medical kit according to the type of voyage to be made; determine priorities in the event of a problem; make a tentative diagnosis and proceed with treatmen; and provide aftercare for the patient until medical authorities can be reached.
