.SYNOPSIS...A 984 mb low 750 nm N of Point Lay will move SE over
the Arctic  Plains this evening, then move E to the Brooks Range
by Fri  afternoon before merging with a low in the Canadian
Archipelago. A 1004 mb low will move from Banks Island NW across
the Arctic  today. A ridge of high pressure will move to the
Western Arctic  by Fri afternoon, then move E across the Arctic
as a low pressure  system and weather front move to the Western
Arctic Sat.
