offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS... A cold front will approach
the coast tonight and cross the waters Wed into Wed night as 
developing low pres moves NE to near Georges Bank by early Wed 
night. The low will pass well E and NE of Georges Bank late Wed 
night and Thu as high pres builds E across the waters. The high 
will weaken later Thu and Thu night as a weaker cold front 
approaches the coast from the NW. The front will move E across 
the waters Fri before weak high pres moves E over the area Fri 
night. Another strong cold front will move E across the waters 
late Sat and Sat night. Developing low pres will pass SE of the
waters Sat night and Sun, and intensify near the Canadian
Maritimes Sun night.
