15 to 20 knots late. Snow showers. Waves 1 to 2 feet building to
2 to 3 feet. 
.TUESDAY...North wind 10 to 15 knots backing northwest by mid
afternoon. Gusts up to 22 knots. Mostly cloudy. Numerous snow
showers early, then scattered snow showers. Waves 2 to 3 feet. 
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West wind 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to
33 knots. Mostly cloudy. Isolated snow showers in the evening.
Waves building to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet. 
.WEDNESDAY...West wind 20 to 25 knots with gale force gusts up to
36 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves building to 6 to 9 feet
occasionally to 11 feet.
