20 knots late. Snow showers. Freezing spray. Waves 3 to 6 feet
occasionally to 8 feet building to 4 to 7 feet occasionally to
9 feet, then subsiding to 3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet. 
.TUESDAY...North wind 15 to 20 knots backing northwest 10 to
15 knots by mid afternoon. Mostly cloudy. Freezing spray early.
Numerous snow showers early, then scattered snow showers. Waves
3 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet. 
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts
up to 39 knots. Cloudy. Scattered snow showers in the evening.
Heavy freezing spray after midnight. Waves building to 6 to
9 feet occasionally to 11 feet. 
.WEDNESDAY...West wind up to 30 knots with gale force gusts up to
42 knots. Partly cloudy. Heavy freezing spray. Waves building to
