For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.1 inch low near James Bay will push across
northern Quebec overnight and Saturday. This low will push an 
initial cold front across the lake Saturday, followed by a 
secondary cold front Saturday night. Meanwhile a 30.3 inch high 
will then build from the upper Mississippi Valley Saturday night 
to the Ohio Valley Sunday, before reaching the Mid Atlantic states
on Monday.
