FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.8 inches lies east of James Bay
early this morning with a cold front trailing across the central
Great Lakes to the lower and mid Mississippi Valley. The low will
move to the Canadian Maritimes today while the cold front shifts 
east to the Atlantic Coast. Meanwhile, high pressure of 30.4 
inches is centered over Nebraska this morning and will shift to 
Lake Superior late tonight then move to Maine late Thursday night.
A low of 30.1 inches will move from the mid Mississippi Valley 
early Friday to the eastern Great Lakes late Friday. Another high 
of 30.3 inches will build across the Dakotas Friday and lift to 
Quebec Saturday. Low pressure of 29.7 inches will develop over the
Central Plains Friday night and lift across Lake Superior Sunday 
at 29.1 inches.
