<p>Marinewaypoints.com is pleased to partner with Sail TV, the first and most comprehensive TV centric website, dedicated to the sport of sailing. Sail TV has been broadcasting since January 2006 and has televised countless sailing events, interviews, boat features and regattas. </p>

<p>The Weather Center has some new and updated features. Marine Data Buoys, River Data, and updated Tides.</p>

<p>Marine Data Buoys are now plotted on a Google map, and clicking a marker will bring you to information including observations, forecasts and other detailed information.</p>

<p>The Rivers page displays river gauge observations and forecasts throughout the US, and provides information on flooding.</p>

<p>Tide data now has tidal areas plotted on a Google map, and clicking a marker will display high and low tidal predictions. This feature is predominately available throughout the U.S., and the older text based version (with more international locations) is still available.</p>

<p>In the Boating Rules & Regulations section you'll find Navigation Rules (COLREGS), Federal Boating Requirements, info on State Boating Regulations, Federal Waterway Regulations and much more!</p>

<p>The Boating Courses section has information to help you find boating safety courses as well as learn to sail courses, and the Racing Rules of Sailing section has the rules available in pdf format.</p>

<p>The Online Charts section has been completely updated with a new service from NOAA's Office of Coast Survey. Although these charts are frequently updated and are available to view online, you should use an official NOAA printed or digital chart for navigation. </p>

<p>Other features of this section include paths to complementary resources such as Coast Pilot, Chart #1, Notice to Mariners, and Light Lists.</p>
