Curt Gowdy Chapter of Trout Unlimited is a group of committed citizens that work to protect, reconnect, and restore our local coldwater fisheries and the watersheds that support them. Through on-the-ground restoration projects; science-based research; community collaboration; and strategic partnerships with local organizations, individuals, and agencies, Curt Gowdy Chapter- Trout Unlimited strives to ensure that healthy fish in healthy watersheds are available for the next generation to enjoy. Although we are a small chapter, we are active and encourage any full-time or part-time residents of Cheyenne and the surrounding areas, who are interested in fishing and conservation efforts to join us. • East Yellowstone Chapter Trout Unlimited East Yellowstone Chapter Trout Unlimited
Fishing. Conservation. Community. We make fishing better. Formed out of concern over Newton Lakes, the new local chapter rallied stake holders to improve habitat, and funded the continued health of these trophy fishing waters. In 1987 the chapter changed its name to East Yellowstone, as projects expanded to include Yellowstone Park fisheries. A history of cooperation with landowners, agencies and local people inspires us today in our volunteer efforts to improve fishing in northwest Wyoming. By the next generation, Trout Unlimited will ensure that robust populations of native and coldwater fish once again thrive within North American range, so that our children can enjoy healthy fisheries in their home waters.

  • Seedskadee Chapter #533 Unlimited Seedskadee Chapter #533 Unlimited
Seedskadee National Wildlife Refuge (Seedskadee) is a 27,230 acre refuge that protects a mosaic of riparian, wetland and upland shrub habitats along 36 miles of the Green River between Fontenelle Reservoir and Flaming Gorge Reservoir. The 36 miles of the Green River are home to trophy rainbow, brown and cutthroat trout. Nearly the entire reach of the Green River from Fontenelle Reservoir to Flaming Gorge Reservoir is public land and accessible to the public. Seedskadee’s 36 miles of the river are some of the most popular fishing areas on this stretch of the Green River. The Seedskadee Chapter of Trout Unlimited is a group of passionate anglers in Southwestern Wyoming. This group of men and women have put in countless hours to improve the Green River and other cold water fisheries in this area of Wyoming. The fisheries of this part of Wyoming would not be as good as they are now without the ongoing and past projects from this group. Green River, Wyoming
