We are a freshwater fishing club located in the heart of Warwick, Rhode Island. established in 2012 by two long time fishing partners, "H.G.B.A" was formed out of passion for the sport of Bass fishing. Our ultimate goal as an organization is to provide a friendly, educational, environment to help promote organized competitive fishing, to all of those who share the same motivation and desire. The Massachusetts-Rhode Island Council of Trout Unlimited is a grassroots conservation organization dedicated to protect, reconnect, restore and sustain the region’s coldwater resources. Part of the National Trout Unlimited organization, founded in 1959, the Massachusetts-Rhode Island Council of Trout Unlimited is the unifying body region wide, connecting more than 4,500 members spread among 13 chapters. Through advocacy, education and partnerships with other statewide conservation organizations, the Council works towards improving the ecological health of rivers and streams throughout the state. Our motto, taken from one of Trout Unlimited's founding members is, "If you take care of the fish, the fishing will take care of itself."

One of the oldest Fishing Clubs in the state of Rhode Island chartered in 1936 by a group of surf casters. The club has been active for 75 years and survived some of this country's most troubled times. An amazing feat in this day and age. The Club presently has 105 members, during the 1940's and 50's it had as many as 800 members. Members have been active in the preservation of the marine environment and its fishes, while supporting strong conservation measures. It also works towards the goals of improved access, regulations and proper rules and management of the marine environment. It will remain our goal to promote and preserve the sport of surf casting and fishing for generations to come. The Club holds an annual fishing tournament for its members and conducts steak fries, family gatherings and other activities where members share their love of the outdoors. The Rhode Island Saltwater Anglers Association (RISAA) believes in the sensible management of fisheries and the conservation and restoration of all marine resources. RISAA has accepted a leadership role in order to provide a unified voice to preserve and protect the rights, traditions and future of recreational angling.

Southern Rhode Island Bass Anglers is an independent, unaffiliated, bass fishing club. We fish 9 club tournaments each year in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Six of them are held during the day, the other three are held at night. Our members include bass anglers from all walks of life. Our goal as a club is to enjoy the sport of bass fishing and to educate each other in angling methods and conservation.

Team Rhode Island Bassmasters (TRIB) orginally started in 1996. TRIB members started the club with the idea of teaching our youth to enjoy fishing and promote conservation and good citizenship, which is needed to protect and preserve our fisheries for future generations. The chapter further aims to promote brotherhood of man and the desires of it's members to become actively engaged in the spirit of helping our fellow anglers.

The United Fly Tyers of Rhode Island, Inc. is an educational organization, dedicated to teaching fresh and salt water fly tying. Monthly meetings are held at 6:30 pm on the first Wednesday of the month, from September through May at the Knights of Columbus in Warwick, Rhode Island
