The Ocean City Marlin & Tuna Club dates back to its origin in 1959 when it was known as the Snug Harbor Marlin & Tuna Club. The clubs membership at that time consisted of 23 members whose purpose was camaraderie with a common interest in fishing. Current membership amounts to over 700.
