The primary innovation is the exclusive AIM Catch-Record-Release (CRR) format. With CRR, teams of Pro Anglers and Co-anglers measure each walleye on the official AIM ruler and take a digital photograph, record the length of each walleye on the official scorecard, and then immediately release the live fish. Bass Fishing Tournament Circuit on Lake Erie. The Great Lakes Largemouth Series is a bass fishing tournament circuit for teams of amateur anglers. Today, the Mojo Sportswear Great Lakes Largemouth Series is the fastest growing “largemouth only” tournament organization on the Great Lakes. Entering its fourth season, the G.L.L.S. will host 30 team tournaments in 2014, spread amongst five total divisions in Ohio, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Major League Fishing Style Tournaments. Indy League Fishing is the first and only organization to stay pure to the MLF format for weekend Anglers. Anglers have been watching the Major League Fishing on TV for several years and have all wanted to fish a Major League Fishing format tournament, Indy League Fishing now gives them the opportunity to fish a “Pure” MLF format. We are currently hosting tournaments in the Midwest, including: Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and soon expanding to Wisconsin in 2018.

The Ludington Offshore Classic is one of the premier Great Lakes sport fishing tournaments. Ludington is considered one of, if not the best, port on the Great Lakes for trout and salmon fishing, with tremendous facilities and a downtown within blocks of our marinas. Ludington, Michigan

The Michigan Walleye Tour began in 1995 with a few anglers getting together to hold weekend tournaments in an attempt to test their skills, to learn about catching walleyes and teaching others how to at the same time. The M.W.T. quickly grew in the next several years to become the largest state run walleye tournament trail in the nation. The M.W.T. consistently strives to provide competitive yet friendly, family oriented events in which anglers can test their skills and share their knowledge with others. The M.W.T. has always been about challenging anglers to fish new waters while learning how to catch walleyes under all fishing conditions and locations which is why the schedule is so diverse from year to year. The M.W.T. has covered all of Michigan including the great lakes, rivers, inland lakes and reservoirs.

This unique tournament is detailed in the rules section but here's a quick introduction. Limited amount of tickets sold. Over 1250 predrilled holes in the tournament area- first come first serve. No shelters allowed. Prizes determined by fish weight and then by time registered in the event of a tie. Prizes are non-species specific, any open species of fish may be registered. We are a group of volunteers raising money for the future River Center. The River Center's mission is to preserve, protect, and interpret the Thunder Bay River Watershed. The Tournament Trail began in 2003 when Captain Fred MacDonald approached 8 existing Big Lake Events with an idea of marketing and promoting them together as a circuit. His goal, of course, was to make the tournaments he worked with bigger and better every year. His plan to accomplish that was to market and promote a group of existing tournaments together as a circuit as opposed to individual events. The circuit grew quickly as other established events joined and brand new events staked out an annual weekend on the circuit. By 2005 it had nearly doubled in size to 16 events in 13 cities and 3 states. You'll find a wide variety of divisions, rule sets, and event structures across the Tournament Trail and that means there literally is something for every type angler. Whether you're an established pro angler or a weekend warrior who only gets out a few times a year, there are tournament events designed for you. West Michigan Bass has several divisions throughout the area. Find the right fit based on geography or your favorite lakes. With our low membership fees, anglers can compete in a single division for a shot at the classic, or just fish their favorite lakes in any division. One thing you will find at any WMB event, is a great atomosphere. We strive to have fun and catch fish.
