One of 13 regional councils of the Federation of Fly Fishers, a national non-profit organization devoted to fisheries conservation and fly fishing education which is headquartered in Bozeman, Montana. The Mid-Atlantic Council (MAC) has over 850 individuals and more than twenty local fly fishing clubs as members in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.

When you join the NCCFFF you are really joining the Federation of Fly Fishers, an international organization dedicated to fly fishing exclusively. The FFF motto is "All fish, all waters", and they mean it—and so do we. No matter where you fly fish, in a green pond for bluegill or in a blue sea for sailfish, the FFF is your best advocate to promote and preserve fly fishing. The Northern California Council (NCC) serves the fish and fly fishers of the northern parts of California and Nevada plus the Hawaiian Islands and Guam.
