    The Cape Fear Sail & Power Squadron is a Unit of District 27 of the United States Power Squadrons. We provide basic boating education as a civic service to the general public, and offer advanced courses to our members. We are in a great boating location! The Neuse River broadens substantially as it flows from New Bern to Pamlico Sound.
