  • Abbotsford 12ft Sailing Club
    Early in December during the summer of 1935, a few twelve foot skiff owners and crews assembled in the old band rotunda, situated in Cabarita Park, on the banks of the Parramatta River. It was an informal gathering, called together for the express purpose of discussing the pros and cons of forming their own sailing club. In fact it was a short while later on January 6th 1936 that the "Concorde 12 Foot Flying Squadron" was formed which eventually became the "Abbotsford 12 Foot Flying Squadron." We are a Club that welcomes new members of all ages and encourages all levels of sailing.   • Albury Wodonga Yacht Club

  • Balmoral Sailing Club
    almoral Sailing Club (BSC) is located at the south eastern end of Balmoral Beach. Sailing is on most Saturdays from the beginning of September until the end of May. Balmoral has a vast grassed area for rigging boats and launching and retrieving is safe and easy straight off the beach. A number of classes of boats sail from BSC, including the Tasar, MG14, Moth, National E, Sharpie, 505, mirrors and lasers. The club also offers an open division, that can race under yardstick.   • Clarence River Sailing Club
    Even though the club was officially formed in 1944, sailing was always a part of the Clarence River. From the early cedar getters who sailed up the Clarence on the schooner 'Susan' until the present day sailing boats have not only been a vital transport link but an ever-popular recreational activity. As testament to the latter, the Big River has spawned at least two sailing clubs and two yacht clubs. If you don't already have a boat, you can hire one from the club.     Koonawarra Bay sailing Club is located on Kanahooka Point, Dapto, on the western shore of Lake Illawarra and is an excellent sailing venue. Established in 1956 by a small group of local sailing enthusiasts, the club has operated many different sailing classes during its history. Currently the fleet comprises small catamarans and radio controlled yachts, but all classes are welcome.     The Middle Harbour Amateur Sailing Club has raced centreboard dinghies from its premises at The Spit for over 50 years. The Club started racing Laser class dinghies in 1976 and has produced many fine sailors. Our club caters for all levels of sailing, from novice to sailors with a high level of skill. On the water the racing is keen, with the starting and finishing of the day's racing being done by each member on a roster basis. Off the water, the club atmosphere is relaxed and congenial.
