  • Barry Yacht Club new
    Since the Club was first formed in 1928, it has seen many changes in direction, from starting as the Barry Yacht and Motor Boat Club, offering racing for sailing and motor boats, to the heady days of dinghy racing in the 60's and 70's when extensive fleets of Albacores, National 18's and Mirrors could be seen on the start line off Jackson's Bay. In later years the Club has focused more on cruising, with many members embarking on long distance voyages, whilst others continued to enjoy evening and weekend club racing. The Club now has excellent facilities for its existing membership, as well as the capacity to welcome new members, both with and without boats.     Founded in 1958, Dale Yacht Club has a long tradition in both dinghy and cruiser sailing. Situated at the western end of the Milford Haven waterway, it has the benefit of a large, sheltered bay which provides an excellent, safe dinghy sailing area.   • East Belfast Yacht Club new
    East Belfast Yacht Club was founded by workers from the Belfast Shipyards in 1904, and has enjoyed both the high and the low years through its existence. From the high points through the 1920s/30s/40s and '50s when the Club hosted many sailing races and entertained the owners and masters of the massive J-Class yachts down to the more plentiful and massively supported Belfast Lough one designs through to the Flying Fifteens and Dragons and others of the various periods. More recent activities have been more towards the Cruising side of Yachting. As a Club we have always been proud of our working class roots and welcome prospective new members who wish to pursue their dreams of building from scratch or renovating existing hulls, be they Ferro, Wood, Steel or GRP. We are now more associated with "traditional" type boats and building rather than the modern GRP types, although we have members also experienced in this type of construction.   • Gresford Sailing Club new
    Gresford Sailing Club was started 1959 by Mr Arthur Jones who owned the farm that the Flash was part of. He lived next to the Flash lake which is where we are still sailing today. The farm is now run by Arthur's family who let us carry on the sailing at the Flash. Arthur formed Gresford Sailing Club as a community based club with the aim of family sailing and low membership costs and this still remains true today.   • Holywood Yacht Club new
    Holywood Yacht Club is a small friendly and active sailing club which caters for all levels and abilities. Founded in 1862, it is one of the oldest yacht clubs in Ireland. The sailing season runs from April to September during which there is regular racing and sailing with a rescue boat on hand, training days and an annual Regatta.   • Kircubbin Sailing Club new
    The Club has its roots in competitive sailing which was originally based at the Harbour in Kircubbin and has been active on the sailing scene in Strangford Lough since the early 1900s. Even it the early days of the Club, Kircubbin’s sailors were among the best in Strangford Lough. More recently the Club’s Flying Fifteen fleet produced some of the best competitors in that class in the world.     Portmadoc Sailing Club was formed in 1958 by a group of enthusiastic dinghy sailors based at Samson's Bay in the Glaslyn Estuary. Races and Social events were organised throughout the summer months from a marquee in a field behind the beach. Since then the Club has continued to promote the sport of sailing by providing facilities for dinghy and cruiser sailors alike.     Swansea Yacht and Sub-Aqua Club is located on the western bank of the river Tawe at Swansea between the Sail Bridge and the entrance to the council run marina. The premises consist of the clubhouse, marina, boat yard and diving club building. There are approximately 570 members of the club which include Yachtsmen (Cruising and Racing), Motor Boat users, Rowers, Anglers, Divers and social members. The marina, which is a members only facility, is home to approximately 200 members boats. The adjoining boat yard and lift provide the facilities for boat maintenance at reasonable cost, which is of prime importance to the majority of members. The diving section occupy an outbuilding which houses two large RIB inflatable boats, diving equipment, an air compressor and nitrox blending facility.   • Traeth Coch Sailing Club new
    Traeth Coch Sailing Club is based in the beautifully scenic surroundings of Red Wharf Bay, Anglesey, where to the east gentle wooded slopes sweep down almost to the blue-flag beach of Llandonna and to the west is the imposing Castell Mawr or Castle Rock, which stands guard over the entrance to the moorings. We are a friendly sailing club of over one hundred members and were founded in 1969 with the aim of promoting boating of all kinds in Red Wharf Bay and regulating the use of the moorings. The clubhouse situated near Castle Rock, is the focus of the sailing and social programme, which is at its most active between Easter and October. The bar in the clubhouse is open every Friday and Saturday evening during this period and there is a social function about once a month. The sailing programme offers something every weekend during the season and has a mixture of one or two day cruises and one or two tide races. In the summer, there is the opportunity to sail in company with other yachts on longer cruises to destinations in the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Eire and the west coast of Scotland.   • Trearddur Bay Sailing Club new
    Trearddur Bay Sailing Club is a family sailing club in Trearddur Bay, Anglesey, North Wales. The club exists to promote sailing and racing, but also has a very healthy social side, with a mixture of events for the whole family. The sailing season is focussed on 4 weeks of the summer, late July to late August. During these 4 weeks and 5 weekends, most days see at least one sailing or social event, and many have 2 or 3.   • Tresaith Mariners Sailing Club new
    Welcome to Tresaith Mariners Sailing Club, a coastal catamaran and dinghy sailing club in West Wales. We run training nights on a Wednesday evening as well as Sunday racing and several summer regattas and beach parties. The F18 catamaran fleet also regularly attend national and international events.
