New York City's Community Sailing Association. A not-for-profit community group dedicated to providing affordable, public access sailing in New York Harbor.
Our programs include sail training, recreational sailing, and racing. The program was made possible through several grants. NYCCAA provides instructional and recreational sailing to the public at about half the cost of commercial alternatives. We also teach public high school students to sail at a nominal cost and subsidize others who might not otherwise be able to afford this sport. Membership is open to everyone.
